Strong Spas offer spas at a wide range of price points. You can get a great deal on a tub for as little as $4,000, while the large, more feature-rich luxury models can cost in excess of $20,000. Don't forget to factor in aspects such as shipping and installation.

120V plug and play models require zero installation, whereas 140V models will require hot tub wiring and the hiring of a professional licensed electrician.  Also, it is important to be aware of the running costs. Expect your energy bill to increase with the use of your new hot tub.

Location can also affect the cost of a hot tub. Some dealers sell at a significantly discounted costs, particularly if they bulk buy their hot tub stock.

Routine service and maintenance requirements are a commonly overlooked expense. You will need to purchase spa chemicals and filters in order to keep the water sparkling clean.

    Leading Models

Strong Spas offer five high-quality hot tub collections. Next, let's take a closer look at these Strong Spa series in more detail.

Premium Series- Best For Contemporary Design & Luxury Features

The Premium Series showcases Strong Spas' most luxurious hot tubs with high-end, luxury features and contemporary design.

This Strong Spas series only contains two models, the seven-seater Vienna-60 and the six-seater Madrid-60 which also has a contoured lounge seat. Both of these Strong Spa models have sixty stainless steel jets including jumbo foot massaging jets and precision jets for the neck area, so deliver a supremely relaxing hydrotherapy experience.

Chill out in your Strong spa to the sounds of the water features, the LED-lit waterfall, and water columns, while listening to your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth Stereo.

Other standard features of the Strong Spa Premium Series hot tubs include an Ozonator for water purification, LED-lit air controls, exterior LED lighting, fold-up spa steps, DURA-SHIELD® hard spa cover, ULTRASTRONG™ spa cover lifter, DURA-LAST® cabinet with Energy-Lok® insulating system, and insulated DURA-BASE® system that allows easy access to the inner workings making service and maintenance straightforward.

Strong Spas' Summit Series offers six stylish models designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

The Strong Spa S40 (6-seater with 40 jets), S50 (6-seater with 50 jets), and S60 (7-seater with 60 jets including foot jets) models have plenty of space for hot tub fun and feature loads of jets.

The other three models in the Strong Spa Summit Series are the SL40 (5-seater), SL50 (5-seater), and SL60 (6-seater), and have a lower seating capacity, but this is because they all feature an ergonomically designed lounge seat.

The Strong Spa Summit Series models all feature the SoftTouch spa pillows, LED-lit water feature, and Bluetooth stereo to further soothe your senses.

Other standard features of this Strong Spa series include LED-lit cupholders, LED-lit air controls, stainless steel spa jets, DURA-SHIELD® hard spa cover, and the well-insulated DURA-BASE®.

The Strong Spa Ascent Series offers a great balance between luxury features, comfort, performance, and affordability.

This Strong Spas series features eight models, many of which are available as a plug-and-play setup which is ideal if you are looking to save money when it comes to installation costs.

The S30, S40, and S50 are all 6-seater models whilst the S60 has 7 seats. The other four hot tub models, the SL30, Sl40, SL50, and SL60 are the lounge versions so have a seating capacity of one less. The number in the spa model name corresponds to the number of jets.

Offering many of the same luxury features as the Strong Spa Summit Series, models from this collection can deliver a truly relaxing Strong Spa hydrotherapy experience whilst you enjoy the heat of the water.

If you are after a premium model but want efficiency and aren't too fussed about loads of luxury optional extras, then consider a model from the Strong Spa Embark Series.

This collection features seven spa models (again the number in the model name corresponds to the number of jets). The 5-seater E30L and E40L, and 6-seater E90L spas all have lounge seats, whilst the 6-seater E60L and E70L are also available as non-lounger options with a capacity of seven people.

The Embark Series spas still have all the excellent performance of a Strong spa with loads of great features, such as stunning LED lighting, and large stainless steel jets for an excellent hydrotherapy experience.

There are some optional extras available for these Strong spas, such as Bluetooth features and Ozone and UV water care systems. Plus these models have the option of a 120V plug-and-play setup as well as the standard 240V spa.

Last but not least, we have the Strong Spa Durasport Series which offers six delightful 6 or 7-seater models the perfect size for the family, with plug-and-play technology.

    There are four 6-seater spas, the G-2L Diamond Luxury 36 (36 jets), G-2L Diamond Luxury 28 (28 jets), G-2 Legend Luxury 36 (36 jets), and the G-2 Legend 28 (28 jets).

The G-2B Diamond Luxury 28 (28 jets) and G-2B Diamond Luxury 36 (36 jets) are both 7-seater spas.

Strong Spas' DuraSport Series are high-quality, durable, and low-maintenance models.

These Strong Spa hot tubs offer great features such as lounge seats, an ice bucket for cooling drinks, a good number of hydrotherapy jets, fold-away spa steps, DURA-SHIELD® hard spa cover, digital controls, water features, ozone water sanitation, plus a durable pedestal base and resin cabinet.

    Strengths & Weaknesses

Leaders in the hot tub industry since the mid-1990s, Strong Spa hot tubs are one of the biggest spa manufacturers globally, and they ship their products to more than 40 countries.

Strong Spas feature innovative technology such as their patented DURA-BASE® system, DURA-LAST® cabinet with Energy-Lok® insulating system, and DURA-SHIELD® hard spa cover. These features all work together, resulting in very energy-efficient spas.

This spa manufacturer takes quality control seriously, creating a triple-bonded strong acrylic shell with a lifetime structural guarantee.

Strong Spas primarily have excellent customer reviews on the Better Business Bureau website, however the occasional customer has had a negative experience. These are mostly related to problems encountered with individual dealerships.

Strong Spas' smallest model is a 5-seater spa and their largest model is a 7-seater. If you happen to be after a smaller spa, or need to accommodate over 7 people, you will not find what you're looking for in the Strong Spas' lineup.

    Other Brands To Consider

It's always a good idea to scope out the hot tub market before coming to a final purchase decision. You may come across a feature that you absolutely love and decide to go with a specific brand for that reason.

Jacuzzi is the most famous name in the hot tub world. They offer masterful design and innovative technology across four hot tub collections. From more affordable plug-and-play spas to feature-rich luxury models, this brand tends to suit most needs.

Cal Spas is another global spa company with pricing comparable to Strong Spas. Their collections are similar in terms of series and

features, and they have a large number of six-seater models. In addition to hot tubs, Cal Spas offers a range of lifestyle products and swim spas.
